I tried everything I can think of to lose the baby weight exersise horrible – all week (7 days) gym (5 days p / w for 4 hours) Do not eat sweets or fatty foods completely food (vegies, fish, etc. ..) Girl Ok, first of all relax or ….. figure is not for another seven prepreggo ur mths or so. you can … all part of being a mother. if you ever had a girl then it might take a little longer … do not ask why, is what it is …. not much exercise, if healthy eating ur .. well .. that to maintain .. . but exercise routine every other day or ur choice (one day walking in the weights the next day, for example) ur body needs time to adapt and recover exercise. oh if the pill may be stopping or losing too much weight too fast so that is one of the main reasons for not seeing or Rapid Weight Loss.
