What is a structured weight loss routine for a 15 year old?
So I have 15 years old, 5 feet 1 inch, and weighs about 135 pounds. I dislocated his knee in April and have been going to physical therapy, but not much of a workout. I might start going to a gym, but not I have no idea where to start, in terms of a proper diet or exercise routine to get good results. I want to lose at least 2-3 pounds a week, but I'm not sure if this is reasonable. Can someone with training or experience weight loss help me?
