is this a good workout for weight loss?
I am 37 yrs old 5’4″ and weigh 135. I walk on a treadmill at 4 mph for 60 min with different inclines the most being 8% 4 days a week and 30 min at same speed and inclines 2 days a week and 1 rest day.
First of all, is this a good weight for me and will this exercise program work for me to loose weight? Thank you
it certainly won’t hurt. but you may want to switch it up a bit, have a day or two of increases heart rate while other days having that slow walk with a rest day or two. it shocks the body as well, and then the further and faster you run will increase your metabolism even more increasing the amount of calories burned at rest.
