Does anyone know of a soy & lactose free alternative to Enshure nutritional shakes?
My grandmother is 89 and both soy and lactose sensitive. she has been taking Enshure shakes for the last few years but has found them to make her feel bloated and uncomfortable. I worry about her weight loss and nutritional needs being met without them. I’ve been thinking perhaps almond breeze mixed with a protien powder and a liquid vitamin supplement. Any insight out there? Thank you.
You might want to just google search it or something & see what comes up-like maybe put in “enshure shake replacement”.
