Weight loss support online for free?
Okay so I really want to lose weight, not only to look better and gain confidence, but also for health reasons. I'm a size 26 and now my goal is to reach a size of 18. So when I decided that I will get to set a new goal. I'm looking for a place online that is free, maybe where I can meet a fellow weight loss, and can help you stay motivated. Diabetes runs in my family and I do not want to be another person who receives it. I know that I have probably done irreversible damage to my body, but still want to fix what you can. Therefore, if anyone know a good place to go to meet wonderful people to talk, perhaps an open forum … please let me know. PS is that I have to join a nutrition program free teen girls in high school, but that does not start for a few weeks, and I want to start now, so it's able to lose at least one size 24 (a size below) to the prom because a lot of shops only sell up to size 24 ….
