Would you say that there is a good amount of calories in the diet of shows?

Hello, I'm really bad at counting calories, would you say shows that this diet, even if portions are controlled, is between 1200 and 1500 calories? Breakfast 1 serving old-fashioned oatmeal, ½ cup salsa teaspoon apple intelligent balance and 2 teaspoons of SPLENDA Lunch 2 eggs over 1 turkey slice 1 oz easy low-fat mozzarella cheese Snack – 15 cashew nuts Dinner 1 serving of Broccoli stewed chicken (contains alfredo sauce, broccoli, carrots, chicken, mozzarella cheese) sugar-free gelatin I know I will lose weight at least at first, because I'm used to eating more, but want to make sure that is enough calories and no more than 1500. I am not a low-carb diet itself, but I'm watching carbs so no white matter in my diet. My goal is to lose 100 pounds in 2009. I started walking 10 minutes 3 times a week and 20 minutes windsor pilates Three times a week. I'm so out of shape as you can get, and according to a BMI chart, my BMI is 43. Am I on track to start?
