Help in losing weight.?

I am 28 years old 5’5 and weight 190, yes I know. I did not always weigh this much it was only until after my daughter was born and I just kept gaining. I am at work for almost 12 to 13 hours a day and the rest of the time I am at home with my daughter. I was on the Quick Weight Loss Program, lost 25 pounds and gained it back. I have since tried it again, but nothing seems to make it come off anymore. I just want to be the same weight I was years ago, but I am just having trouble. I need to be able to afford the food, because as a single mother who works all the time I do not have the money to buy all the food that these programs want. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. As far as exercise by the time I get home me and my daughter do manage to walk around the neighborhood but than it gets too late.
