Weight loss food tips? Workout ideas too?

Hey everyone! So I have recently got into working out because i really want to lose around 20 pounds. I’m 16, 5’7 and 167lbs. Does anyone have any tips on recipe’s that i should eat for breakfast and lunch? I think i’m going to start bringing my lunch to school because the choices there are really unhealthy. I need stuff I can make quick and easy, and shove in my back pack with out it getting squished. (I want to weigh around 145, and I currently work out a half hour every day.) Thanks!

my quick and easy breakfast

frozen mixed fruit
2 scoops whey protein powder
1 pouch plain oatmeal
skim milk
blend for a great smoothie

Lunch
precooked tyson chicken breast on wheat bread with cheese and lettuce
(you can microwave the precooked chicken so it’s quicker to prep)
Have some mixed nuts with it. very good.
