If I use fat burning workout for dummies dvd daily for about a month the amount I lost weight or how long till I lose fat weight around my stomach area … i about 125 ….. also how time is whether I use the ab workout for dummies dvd about a month after I lose my fat around my stomach and how …. time will happen if im using Pilates exercises to lose weight, while for the simulated im using the fat burying dolls dor training … I'm trying to lose weight before the end of June for Swimming my way … i kno im doesn't sound lik how much fat weight, but I have fat around my stomach … so can someone please tell me lik a estimate or sometthing … thak you:)
