Calorie calculator question? "The exercise has already been added in the number of calories?
I have to start eating better and get in shape for run a marathon in four months. I made an online calorie calculator (coming into the age, height, weight and amount of exercise) and was established 2500 to maintain 2000 for the loss of fat and 1500 for extreme fat loss. Is it the amount of calories I eat not including extras for exercise? Example, if I need 2000 calories a day and consume 300 calories a day of exercise, does that mean that eating 2000 calories taking into account the 300 i burn is already calculated in the or should I eat 2300 calories to compensate for the 300 that burned?
The calories for the exercise are not calculated. So if you need 2,000 calories and 300 burned in exercise, then it needs to 2300. Also note that you burn calories with daily activities. Sitting, standing, cooking, brushing teeth etc. to ensure that your body is getting enough food to be good and ready for your marathon. Go to the website I put under the source and tell you to enter all what you do in a day and the amount of time to do so. Then at the end it will calculate the calories burned during the day. So make sure you take the calories burned into account.
