Hoodia + = Alli?
s possible to use both Hoodia – the appetite supressant and there-the dietary supplement / weight loss control pill the same diet without taking a major health problem? what would be some of the side effects of using both drugs in the same regular diet? (Hoodia a drug is natural grass, while there is a commercial riding one, if nothing changes), please contact me I really appreciate it:)
You're more safe to take Alli, actually. The fact Hoodia is natural does not mean it is safe (opioids are natural too.) There are regulated and approved by the FDA, which means ingredients are supposed to be quality control (uncontaminated). As Hoodia is a species of Ephedra … The FDA suspects that can cause heart problems, but can not prove so it is still on the market. The truth is anything that makes you want to eat less and burn or an artificial quantity of calories is not healthy (even if the FDA gives green light). And for the record, losing more than 2-3 pounds per week will confuse your body and actually do retain more calories than normal because they think they're being hungry. There is probably better, by itself, in the long term. But just because what happens in it is controlled. Honestly, however, all will effective in the long run is the way to the old school. Healthy diet, and a fair amount of exercise (just 30 minutes of walking three days per week). Concern over speed metabolism, not lose weight … that's when you see the results.
