How am I supposed to eat healthy when the only food my friends eat is garbage?
Im trying to eat healthy but I have a social life which means spending lots of time with my friends. Teenagers eat lots of sh*t, and it is impossibly for me to stick to a healthy diet when Im with my friends and we’re going out to places with no healthy food options. and they tempt me so much because they get all these shakes and donuts and chips and chocolate…oh and they dont know i want to eat healthy, so its not their fault its not like they are being unsupportive or anything. SO what to do??!! I just decided I want to eat healthier but its impossible hanging out with teenagers

If they eat a donut order a plain one and save half for later. If you get shakes see if you can buy one with yogurt in it. They have healthy chips, there are some brands that bake the chips or reduce the sodium so they are healthier for you. You can bring food from home or snack before you go out with them. Reducing portion size can help. And if you want chocolate get the dark chocolate instead – it’s is healthier for you.
