how well does P90X work without diet plan?

Look Im 6 days into it and it is very difficult! I feel stronger already! I am female and very young my mother says that is way easier for young people to build muscles than it is for older people. I can afford the diet plan. But I do eat healthy! Lean meats and vegetables, fruits, etc. I don’t want you to give me a link to anything I honestly want to here from people who have lost INCHES on P90X without the nutrition plan!

You don’t have to use their diet plan but you need to use your head and follow some form of diet plan to get the most out of your workout. Your body requires more fuel when exercising. When your done exercising your muscles are open and ready for nutrition. this is how you get the most gain out of your workout.
