I have started a new diet. It is completely calories and carbohydrates. I have the I was given fresh food every week to all its parts out. Do not use the scale, use a tape measure! I used to be 133 pounds 31-inch waist. I started running and up to 150 – but I was scared I felt better when I measured 29 inches, so I was thinner. Perhaps this is the same situation with you. Go buy a tape measure and record their steps once a week.
