Can anyone help me with my shed a few pounds?

Do not take diet pills because I have not found any that help. I just need to lose about 10 pounds. I am a graphic design layout artist and I spend about 10 hours a day on my desktop setup. I try to exercise, but never energy. I really do not eat much and I eat very healthy food. So what is my problem. I can lose about 2 pounds. then I can not do it anymore. Then just me up again. I work strange changes in a small town. So I have very few options outside of what I can do at home. But when I get home just I do not feel like doing anything. And I do not sleep well, so it rises just in time to prepare and go to work. My doctor says I just need a little energy boost, but nothing works. What I can do?

you need to eat more times a day to drink some juice or ask the dr about some vitamins that will help to get more energy or change your exercise today evening or vice versa
