A few questions to ask about weight loss?
I’m going on holiday on June 4th to Spain and will spending most of it on the beach. I am not at all fat, I’m 5’4, I weigh 132 pounds, and am a size 4-6 depending on the designer. What are some good exercises to get toned, especially around the mid-section and arms? And also what are some really good foods to jumpstart weight loss, and diet advice? I’m looking for yummy breakfast smoothies, and healthy light lunches and dinners. One more, does walking about 40 minutes every night help?
