ever been on slim fast???//?
ive been exercising for 2.30 minutes 4 times a week and been trying to eat health yer but i wanna try slim fast
daily menu
12.00 slim fast shake with a banana or some kind of fruit
3.00 snack granola bar 150 calories
5.30 slim fast shake with a salad
7.00-9.30 or 9.00 the gym
9.00 dinner regular dinner pasta or homemade chow mein with veggies……..
10.30 snack
is slim fast a good way to go it seems fast and easy
i recently lost 20 pounds doing my other diet but my weight loss has stopped
how much should i lose a week doing this ?

slim fast is meal replacement, so it has about 210 calories, initially, i drank it for breakfast, snack with banana/water only, slimfast at lunch and dinner was broiled chicken/fish, vegies. I exercised in the afternoon after work. so, if you calculate out your total caloric intake, it might be more than you think. also,don’t tell people you are dieting as they will sabotage you with cookies, donuts in the break rooms. I only drank slim fast cause I wanted chocolate and was “malnourished” and felt terrible from eating reese’s peanut butter/choc candies. I did feel some weak moments, but it was always when I dropped 2# per week. lost 14#. I still drink it today. I also bought the bars, choc ones. Slim fast less exp at Walmart and I bought the large cans of the powder and mixed with skim milk. I was under 1200 calories per day, maybe 900 or 1000, but didn’t care. with regular foods, just watch portion control. I also wrote down extras, like sugars in coffee, butter, Since I wanted reg food for BF , I ate plain waffles with teaspoon of jam and small glass of orange juice which you should check the calories, you’d be surprised that you need only 6 oz of juice and watch size of plate or glass used. I ran 2 mi every other day and exercised on opposite days with weekends off. I also worked daytime in a busy operating room. didn’t take long to loose it this way. every diet is the same, portion control, caloric intake and limited snacks and exercise.
