I want a book that is motivating and inspiring when it comes to losing weight and getting in shape. It would be ideal if gave a current eating plan and exercise plan along with tips on how to implement healthy habits. I do not want to make clear that a book like "Diet of South Beach "or" Weight Watchers ", none of these books fad diets where you have to buy a certain type of food … I want something that helps me to change my lifestyle and nutrition in a positive way.
