How do I make my diet plan?
Hi, I'm very thin about 81 pounds and I have 14 years and 5.2. I'll make a diet plan or a food diary. It will be a written document that tells me I should eat some foods for all meals. Can you please help me list of foods that will help me gain weight and which food to eat? I know I have to eat protein and eggs and milk, and junk food is not really a good choice. This is how my diet plan will as follows: Breakfast – Two eggs, milk glass, etc. I do these for every meal. some questions: – What types of foods are best for gaining weight. – How much time it takes to gain weight? Is it weird if I gain a pound in two days or so? Is this possible? – What kind of exercises should I do "cheat" weight Thanks for your help!?
